We appreciate your concern of the delivery time for your order. Upon further investigation, we can see that your order was placed on a Friday after 17:30. As per our terms and conditions, our handling times do not include weekends, as these are not classed as working days. For transparency, we do provide an estimated dispatch day countdown timer on all of our listings. As your order was placed after 11:30am, the countdown timer would have notified the estimated dispatch day as Monday-Tuesday when placed within the following few days, prior to adding your items to the basket.
I am happy to confirm that your order was dispatched the following Monday around noon, and was dispatched on a Standard 2-3 day delivery service as selected at checkout. According to the tracking, your order was delivered on 22/01/25, with original estimated delivery for your order being 23rd-27th, so we are happy to see that your order has arrived to you ahead of this estimated timeframe. This timeframe is notified at checkout for our standard delivery option, and is also provided within your order confirmation email for ease of reference.
Please be assured that if you require items to be delivered on a faster delivery service, we do offer an express delivery option at checkout, with a delivery estimate of the following working day after dispatch, though as with all couriers, this has been advised that this although this is the aim, it is not a guarantee, so an estimated window of 1-2 working days is provided as with all express services.
